  • Packages are discounted bundles. If a package is discontinued for any reason, any sessions already used are charged at the full single-session rate, and the remaining balance is refunded.

  • Booking Requirements
    All appointments must be booked through the online scheduling system. A valid card is required to reserve your session.

    • Standard appointments may require a card on file or prepayment

    • Extended sessions (3 hours) require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking

    Cancellation Policy
    FARO Wellness requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee

    • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee

    This policy allows me to respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

    Extended Sessions (3 Hours)
    Full Face + Body Sessions are reserved as extended, half-day appointments.

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

    • The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment

    For extended sessions:

    • Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice: deposit may be transferred one time

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: deposit is forfeited

    • No-shows: deposit is forfeited, and future bookings may require full prepayment

    Late Arrivals
    If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee still applies.

    Same-Day & Last-Minute Bookings
    Appointments booked within 24 hours are considered final and non-refundable/non-transferable.

    New Clients & High-Demand Appointments
    FARO Wellness reserves the right to require prepayment in full for first-time clients or high-demand time slots.

    Respect for Time
    FARO Wellness is a one-practitioner practice. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute changes and missed appointments directly impact the business and are treated accordingly.

    Gratuity
    Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated.
